A. Yes, for those WeHelpSell.com listings with fees, they are one-time-only fees. There are no monthly contracts or monthly fees for WeHelpSell.com listings.

Q. Why can't I perform a search of available properties on your website?
A. WeHelpSell.com is a web design service, rather than a property listings or classified ad service. By NOT allowing searches of available properties, you are allowed to use your WeHelpSell.com link in newspaper classifieds. Please contact your local paper for their rules and regulations.

Q. What are some suggested ways to use WeHelpSell.com links?
A. There are MANY ways to successfully use WeHelpSell.com links. Here are a few ideas:

• The most effective way to use a WeHelpSell.com link is to insert your link into a classified ad. The ad then becomes more than just words on paper, allowing your buyer the opportunity to view color photos and more lengthy descriptions of your item(s).
• Write your WeHelpSell.com link on your For Sale sign, especially when selling automobiles or any other items. Include your phone number on the sign as well but by providing your WeHelpSell.com link, you open up the window for the buyer to look at your property before calling you.

A. WeHelpSell.com listings run 6 month intervals. Any WeHelpSell.com listing is active for a total of 18 months when the customer notifies WeHelpSell.com during the 6th month of each interval to keep their listing active.

Q. Why is there a time limit on listings?
A. There are two reasons for placing a time limit on WeHelpSell.com listings. The first reason is to be able to keep the database up to date with current listings. Many websites are never notified when an item sells and so this helps keep our listings accurate and up-to-date. The second reason is that if an item has not sold in 18 months, there may be factors involved that are keeping the item from selling, i.e. overpriced, poor condition, does not show well, bad location, etc.
